400-meter run
95-lb. overhead squats, 15 reps

scale to the oppropiate weight for you. If the overhead squat is really difficult then use PVC pipe and squat to a ball. Have fun!

Barbell Turkish get-up 1-1-1 reps (right arm)

Single-arm barbell overhead squat 1-1-1 reps (left arm)
Single-arm barbell overhead squat 1-1-1 reps (right arm)

Single-arm barbell snatch 1-1-1 reps (left arm)
Single-arm barbell snatch 1-1-1 reps (right arm)

Or

Do reps of 5 for the Turkish get up with a Kbell or bar

Do regular overhead squats for reps of 5

Do regular snatch instead of one armed for reps of 3
