Sit ups x 15
Burpees x 10
Air squat x 5
Snatch x 5 – PVC or barbell only

WOD – Partner
7 mins max T2B
2 mins rest
7 mins max back squat (M/95-135) (W/55-85)
2 mins rest
7 mins max kettlebell swings (any size you agree on)

Partner 1 goes, as soon as they take a rest partner 2 jumps in and goes. You continue this for the whole 7 mins of each max effort set. Rest the 2 mins together. Pick weights that you will have to switch every 30-45 secs on an average.
