Monday :

WU / SKILL – 10 minutes / 1 minute each of the following:
Pass thru PVC
Push ups
Squats
Lunges
Hanging knees to chest
Pull ups
High knees
Butt kicks
Stretch last 2 minutes

Strength – EMOTM
Deadlift – 50% of max for 5 reps
Push ups – 5 reps

WOD – AMRAP (rounds as possible) 20 minutes
10 thrusters (you pick the weight)
15 kettlebell swings (medium weight)
20 squats (Bodyweight)
